Exchange and Return Policy

At Carnation Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Each item is meticulously curated and quality-checked before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, our goal is to offer a seamless, hassle-free resolution through our exchange and return policy.


Conditions for Returns:

  • Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us 
    immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
  • Return Requests: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the item and processing your refund.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Items specially made or engraved to your specifications cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during sales or clearance events are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
